Kelly Rice, founding member, of Jacks, Rice and Associates Inc, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1994. She has over 20 years of tax compliance and planning experience. She earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from Washington State University and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning. Kelly is a member of both Washington and Oregon State Societies of CPA’s and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She specializes in preparing individual, partnership, corporate and estate and trust returns. She has a special interest in farming and ranching related clients and businesses. Kelly has a common sense approach to problem solving that may be just what you are looking for.

Morgan Brannam has been with JRA since 2012. She is likely the first and most important person you will encounter when contacting our office. Morgan is dependable, cheerful, knowledgeable, detail oriented and most importantly helpful! She efficiently navigates QuickBooks financial software, handles general bookkeeping in addition to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, office management, and tax preparation. Morgan is a licensed Washington State Notary of Public. Equally important to Morgan is her passion for life. She is a WA State native. She and her husband, Jason, are animal lovers and she feeds her fun-loving, creative side by submersing herself in craft projects.
